"I was comeing for parts on a fourtax =250 , thats when Mr. Trey Mudd walked up and entroduced himself. he was very nice and curtious . To make this short , I ended up biying a 2009 foreman 500 and love it. "I needed a new rear tire for my Aero Shadow. My local dealer told me I would have to drop off my bike and it would be several days before it would be ready. I called your store and was told by Neil in parts, that I could be in and out in about 2 hours or less. He quoated me a price for tire, tube and installation. Showed up at your store at 9 am and I was on my way before 11am. Everyone was overly helpful and very curtious. This was my first visit to your store, but I can guarantee you, it will not be my last. A grateful thank you to Neil, the young lady in the helmet department and especially to the service department. This is definately the way a dealership should treat a customer. "

"My wife was interested in buying a '08 VTX1300R. A friend that my wife works with does yalls rider safety course and recommended that we check out your prices. Well we live between Houston and Galveston and were'nt real interested in driving all the way to Beaumont to look at a bike. My wife started checking on line and I called all of the dealers around the Houston area to compare prices. We called and spoke with Rich Williams and told him who recommended us. We liked to have fell over when he quoted us a price. None of the Houston dealers could sell us an '07 for anywhere near the price thar Rich had quoted us. We handled everything over the phone with Rich, which included having an windshield installed.In 3 days we rode my goldwing to Beaumont and picked up my wife's new bike. No hassle's, no run around, just absolute great job, thanks to Rich."

"I purchased a VFR Interceptor last November. Ron Chance was a great sales person. I now have 1500 miles on the bike. Unfortunately, I got a nail in the rear tire this past weekend. Getting a new tire and getting it mounted was a great experience, everything went well and I am completely satisfied.
You did not have the tire in stock, Neil ordered the tire and it came in the following day.
Stacy Allen saw to my service ticket, and we reviewed that the condition of the wheel was perfect.
Darrell Goodwin mounted and balanced the tire and returned it to me in the same condition I left it. Great job.

"Although I haven't needed to purchase numerous parts (let's face it, we're talking about Honda), the experience I have had in ordering parts has consistently been hassle free. If not in stock, the turn around time is usually a couple of days at most. Always a pleasant greeting whether I'm there in person or just talking to someone on the phone. Brought in a wheel/tire to get mounted a few weeks ago and service asked if I was going to wait on it, meaning they would get to it right away. I was running errands so just left it with them. A couple of hours later I received a call letting me know that the service was complete. It was waiting at the desk for me when I arrived. The showroom is always clean. Smiling faces everywhere, without uptight attitudes. In my short walks from the front door to the parts counter, a minimum of three employees will say, "Hello" and ask if they can help. The sales personnel never pushingly pounce on me if I stop to look at a bike on my way. Keep up the good work folks, and I'll continue to visit."

"We were going to head home from Jasper TX Sunday morning, but after checking the Goldwing I found a large knot on my rear tire. Thankfully you are open Mondays and in less than an hour of arriving at your store I had a new tire mounted and ready to take back to Jasper. Not only that, but the Elite 3 is the best price I have found. Your sales and service department was excellent and I'll be glad to recommend you to folks. "I felt at home the moment I entered the store. I was not pressured as so many places do. I felt as I were talking to family as Mike Roberts answered each and every question I had. He was always available when I called to check on the delivery of my new Honda and to be right up front, he and Stacy Allen were so friendly and helpful that when I left on my new Shadow Aero that I was happer than a little pig in a big mudpuddle. (-: Mike also helped me secure insurance at a very good rate and helped me get signed up for a riding course to refresh me as I have not ridden in so many years. God bless you all"

"I purchased a preowned 2003 Honda Shadow VLX 600 in May 2007. I am very pleased with my purchase but also with the salesman who did not pressure me. I am short so the VLX 600 is a very comfortable bike for me. I am also a new rider so the bike is very good for that. Some sales people at another dealership (not Honda or Harley) attempted to sell me a brand new bike much too large than what I really needed or was willing to try at the time and with a much pricier tag. I was able to negotiate a great deal on this bike and able to ride now without having to spend a enormous amount to get started. They also recommended a rider safety class in the area which was excellent and threw in a new helmet at a good price. I have been back several times for accessories and parts to enhance my new ride. Thanks."
